Run With Us

Mondays and Wednesdays

The group run on Monday and training session on Wednesday start at 18:30.

Thursdays

The trail run on Thursday starts at 18:30.

Sunday

On Sundays we meet at Sport Wales National Centre in Sophia Gardens, ready to leave at 9:30.
